As the Founder and CEO of Quad Vision Solutions, Teesha partners with local governments, nonprofits, churches, educational institutions, and other mission-driven organizations to develop confident leaders, strengthen workplace culture, and build high-performing teams. Her expertise includes leadership development, executive coaching, strategic human resources, organizational development, performance management, executive recruitment, and team communication.

Known for her enthusiasm, authenticity, and engaging presentation style, Teesha brings energy, practical strategies, and real-world experience to every keynote, workshop, coaching session, and consulting engagement. Teesha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Master of Arts in Urban Affairs with a concentration in Human Resources. She is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM CP), Certified Human Resources Manager, Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member, and Certified DISC Consultant. She is also the author of Power in the Pivot: Your Roadmap to Finding a New Path, inspiring readers to embrace change with courage, faith, and purpose.
